A little prep goes a long way. For lash extensions, arrive with clean lashes (no mascara or stick-ons). For spray tans, exfoliate the day before and skip deodorant or moisturiser on the day. Facials are best with fresh, clean skin.
To keep the space calm and distraction-free, I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. This ensures a peaceful experience for you and all clients.
It depends on the service. Lash extensions last around 2–3 weeks, while lash lifts and brow laminations hold for 4–6 weeks (sometimes up to 8). Spray tans typically glow for 7–10 days, and waxing results usually last 3–4 weeks depending on your hair growth. Facials give an instant boost, with long-term benefits when done regularly.

Payment is easy and contactless. I accept payments via card (1.9% fee) and cash. You’ll find all payment details in your confirmation and reminder emails.
Life happens! If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I allow a 10-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled out of respect for the next client.
